We produce for our clients in the scenic region of Spreewald near Berlin, maintaining environmentally-friendly conditions, a wealth of production capabilities and offering reasonable prices.<\/p>\n

Production<\/strong>
\nFor our clients we manufacture liquid, semi-solid and solid forms, as well as serialisation as stand alone service. All production stages are compliant with GMP.<\/p>\n

Full-scale production<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Weighing raw materials on varying scales to match bulk production.
\n– Liquids<\/em><\/strong> and semi-solids(creams, ointments, gels<\/em><\/strong>) \u2013 capacity 250L, 500L, 1000L, mixing, heating, water and fat phase separation, homogenisation, bottle filling, tube filling (ALU, plastic, laminate), jar filling, closing with or w\/o dropper, labelling, coding, packaging into boxes with PIL, coding box or serialisation and tamper evident labelling<\/em><\/strong>, labelling and closing wholesale boxes, arranging onto pallets, securing pallet.
\n– Solids (tablet cores, hardgel capsules<\/strong><\/em>) \u2013capacity 100L, 200L, mixing, manual granulation, tabletting, blister packing plastic-ALU foil, coding blister, packaging into boxes with PIL, coding box or serialisation and tamper evident labelling<\/strong><\/em>, labelling and closing wholesale boxes, arranging onto pallets, securing pallet.
\n–<\/em> Serialisation<\/em><\/strong> as stand-alone service on empty or closed boxes.

Storage<\/strong>
\nIn our modern warehouse we store all raw materials, excipients and package materials necessary for the production of your medicine. We can also provide storage and delivery of your finished products. Such a service includes stored goods management, order processing and delivery to the client in 24 hours.<\/p>\n

Laboratory<\/strong>
\nQuality control is carried out in the respective chemical, physical and microbiological labs. The laboratory can conduct quality control test analysis as a separate service.<\/p>\n
